Chopt Creative Salad, with Westchester locations in Mount Kisco and Rye Brook, plans its official opening on Friday, Jan. 13.
There is a pre-opening however with "Chopt Gives Days" on Wednesday, Jan. 11, from 5 p..m. to 7:30 p.m.and Thursday, Jan. 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in which all customers who make a donation to Chopt's charitable partner, Dig Farm, will receive a free salad or salad wrap. The proceeds will go towards building a community garden at Children’s Village in Dobbs Ferry.
The fast-casual pioneer continues to expand in the Westchester area and help redefine what Americans think of as fast food. The eatery combines seasonal ingredients from local purveyors with authentic flavors from around the world to craft craveable salads and small-batch dressings.
The Dobbs Ferry location features partnerships with Satur Farms, Hot Bread Kitchen and FreeBird Farms.
"We couldn't be more excited to open at the Dobbs Ferry Rivertown Square Shopping Center and share our food and hospitality with such a historic and vibrant town," said Co-Founder Colin McCabe.

The new location features over 65 seats, including communal dining areas, a plethora of booth seating, and playful wallpaper created in partnership with Batabasta, a Spanish design duo.
The Dobbs Ferry Chopt is located at 14 Lawrence St., (914) 279-0430 and is open 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m daily.
